What We do if you have a Preventative Maintenance contract with us. One Time Fee of $39.95 per unit.

Split System Heat Pump- Air Handler and Outdoor Condenser:

  • Check Referigerant levels on unit.
  • Check All Voltage levels and Amperage levels on indoor and outdoor unit.
  • Inspect all duct work ( supply and return )
  • Clean outdoor Condensing unit coils.
  • Inspect indoor coil and clean if necessary.
  • Calibrate and level Thermostat
  • Check capacitors and relays
  • Flush Drain Line
  • Check drain pan
  • Check all safety controls
  • Check Filters ( change if needed customer to supply filter (s)
  • Lubricate motors if applicable
  • Check reversing valve for proper operation
  • Check Defrost cycle
  • Check back up ( emergency heat )

Heating with natural gas;

  • Check Amperage on inducer motor
  • Check Pressure Switches
  • Check ignitor
  • Check Flame Sensor
  • Check heat exchanger for cracks
  • Check for gas leaks
