What We do if you have a Preventative Maintenance contract with us. One Time Fee of $39.95 per unit.
Split System Heat Pump- Air Handler and Outdoor Condenser:
- Check Referigerant levels on unit.
- Check All Voltage levels and Amperage levels on indoor and outdoor unit.
- Inspect all duct work ( supply and return )
- Clean outdoor Condensing unit coils.
- Inspect indoor coil and clean if necessary.
- Calibrate and level Thermostat
- Check capacitors and relays
- Flush Drain Line
- Check drain pan
- Check all safety controls
- Check Filters ( change if needed customer to supply filter (s)
- Lubricate motors if applicable
- Check reversing valve for proper operation
- Check Defrost cycle
- Check back up ( emergency heat )
Heating with natural gas;
- Check Amperage on inducer motor
- Check Pressure Switches
- Check ignitor
- Check Flame Sensor
- Check heat exchanger for cracks
- Check for gas leaks
